My dear friend Avni was so good at tape art that his casual works was blowing my mind! Aakash Nihalani goes way out of my reach though. His "Sum Series" are the smartest and coolest things I've seen in a while.

Clothesline Lamp

Italian architect and designer Gaetano Pesce, created a series of clothesline-inspired lighting fixtures for the interior of a Florence restaurant, Il Cestello. By using a resin layer over the fabric to stiffen and protect the garments, he put an embedded light source within each garment pinned to the stainless-steel clothesline.
